1966 F100 Build-PROJECT DISRUPTIVE

The rear frame rails had the bottom trimmed of with a torch to make way for a hitch.  We trimmed  the frame to make way for new metal. Cab and front mounts fixed since it was rusted out.  I went to a tractor supply store and found some large washers..Perfect fit

Removed rear bump stop and marked center line. Found a 4" pipe Cut in half Marked frame Just removed enough to weld in C notch leaving the bottom for strength Positioning for welding. I will add more metal on the bottom later. Welded in Cut the rest of the C notch out and made a template The rear of the frame is shaped weird so I trimmed it off to weld to.
