More time than money

 Cab corners and floors are crazy high so with more time than money we made our own repair panels.
Below is the bottom cab corners outside. Still have some grinding to do. 

 The passenger floor was not bas enough for a complete pan so we patched it in with 16ga. Steel 

 If it looks hot it was!


Ground down ready for filler

 Money can buy inner cab corners. This really stumped me because the ribs tapered down to nothing on the bottom. After much thought and alot of praying, I took 16ga steel and marked the ribs, made cuts and bent the steel to meet the ribs. Then filled the areas with metal. Proved to be a strong solution.

The drivers side inner cab mount had more rust damage so it had a larger patch.
